Forgot to mention it also messes up the characters in the posts....
Yesterday I have setup my cats+forums which are labeled using greek characters. I've also posted a few messages using greek characters which were also looking fine.
However, when accessing the forum today all greek characters have been altered and not showing properly! Is there anything that would cause such thing to happen?
However, I think an addition is requiredin the RTE_textarea.asp file to include:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=<% = strPageEncoding %>" />

At the momment it will not pick up the value of strPageEncoding so theencoding needs to be harcoded in RTE_textarea.asp in order for the RTEto work with unicode characters.
