    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forums.webwiz.net/member_profile.asp?PF=23016">sandmanhi</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 18253<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;February&nbsp;2006 at 4:17am<br /><br />I recently installed v7.97 for SQL Server 2000, and most things are working but I've run into a few strange issues.<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>When displaying user information, either on the register.asp page, or the pop_up_profile.asp page, it seems its not retrieving/displaying the correct data from the database.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Let me give an example:</DIV><DIV>On the register.asp page, when updating a members information - I would set "Always show signature" to True, then save the record, but going back to it, it would still show False.&nbsp; Checking the database shows that indeed it is set to true.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Same issues are showing up on the pop_up_profile.&nbsp; The page seems to think that it's not getting an "Active" value, and is saying they are "Not Active".&nbsp; It's also not getting a Joined date, so it's detaulting to year 1899.</DIV><DIV>What's strange is that much of the other information is displayed ok, such as name, avatar, last access date etc.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>I am confused as to what's causing this!&nbsp; It's as if ASP is not handling the recordset data properly once retrieved?!</DIV>]]>
