    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forums.webwiz.net/member_profile.asp?PF=23255">dunpeal</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 18629<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07&nbsp;March&nbsp;2006 at 1:21am<br /><br />no i havent tried re-running the script, i will give it a try.<DIV>when i query the db in enterprise manager it shows the correct information, so the db seems to be storing the info properly, i checked the computer clock locally and thats fine as well.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>not trying ot modify anything, just doing testing.</DIV><DIV>if i your popup_profile.asp file and before the info is stored from the recorset to the local variables i do a response.write, it wont give me an error but at the same time it wont respond with anything...but only for those items that i described in the original post.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>but if i just create&nbsp; a test asp file from scratch, create a recordset to pull that same data, it works just fine, all the data comes through.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>ill try what you suggested and will post back.</DIV>]]>

I have not seen this problem before myself so I could only assume that either some scripts are messed up or as it appears to be pertaining to dates, your computer clock is "off".]]>

   <title><![CDATA[SOME Data not being read from SQL : i downloaded and installed v7.97...]]></title>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forums.webwiz.net/member_profile.asp?PF=23255">dunpeal</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 18629<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 06&nbsp;March&nbsp;2006 at 4:59pm<br /><br />i downloaded and installed v7.97 on a test box box yesterday and while configuring and playing around with all the features i noticed that some of data was either not being pulled from the SQL DB or was mysteriously disapearing.<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>i browsed these forums, but was not able to find anything relevant, thus this post.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>if i was to pull up someones profile it would say that the join date is 1899, but the last visit was the current date. the database shows the join date as yesterday (that when i created these tests accounts)</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>it shows the number of posts as 0...for everyone, even for those that do have posts.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>it seems also any field that is a boolean is disapearing as well, which is causing problems.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>it always shows the account status as Not Active</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>on the profile settings, where it asks if you want to display the signature.&nbsp; it always defaults to no, even after selecting yes and typing something in the signature field and clicking update, it still defaults to no, but does save the signature itself.&nbsp; if i look at the database the show signature field is set to true, so it should be showing the signature in posts and defaulting to yes in settins.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>i though maybe it was a problem with the database, so i just wrote a simple test file which queries the author databse and displays the information, and it was all coming through and coming through correctly.&nbsp; i dought its the forum code, since so many people are using it and i havent been able to find another post related to this, so i am stuck and hope someone can help.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>has anyone seen these problems, any solutions?</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Thanks</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>]]>
