Are there enough different features to warrant an upgrade?

2. How hard is it to upgrade without losing any user information, moderators, posts, etc.?

3. Does the latest stable release support uploading files to a files area where other users can go and download the files?

I have another user who wants a discussion setup similar to what is used on YahooGroups - where they can post messages, see calendar entries, and leave files to share with each other. Is there a version of WWF that supports all this?

T.
