but the error is in iss 6 the defalt script language must be in vbscript and he are in jscript

whend clicks on the bold,italic , any of formating bottons of the message text of topics, forums , polls, etcs

is not a free web host is a machine whit:

iis.6 in windows server 2003

You haven't given much to go on so I can only give you a generic answer.

It could be a corrupted file so try reuploading the files again, also make sure you are not using a free web hosts as the ads they inject in the page prevent the javascript from running
