It's been delayed till after version 8 is released as I realised after RC1 was released that the Easter release date of version 8 was only 2 weeks away, and so was not enough time.

If you want to get a head start then you could start designing a new skin now.

The main rule will be that any icons and images that you use must be created by yourself or updates to those already used in Web Wiz Forums and not pinched from somewhere else (this is for copyright reasons).
