This is not a bug that appears in the default installation of web wiz forums.

This could be coursed by a number of issues, it looks like a CSS problem, so first check any modifications you have made in the CSS file.

Also, check that it is not a bug with your copy of IE or some other software on your PC coursing the issue.

If you are using IE7 beta there are quite a few issues with it at the moment that Microsoft are working through, so you may just have to wait for the full version of IE7.
