Thanks for the info, on a fresh install this and the previously mentioned are the only problems I have. The upgrade on the otherhand is a nightmare, but there's a post for that atm :)

The path to the image files can be set in the admin area on the 'Skins Configuration' Page.

This should be set by default to the 'forum_images' directory, so seems a bit odd that you got this problem.

Ok, after some fiddling around, I finally got the front page (index page) to load up. Unfortunately, the script looks in the forum root directory for the images, and not in the forums_images directory.
 
I have just downloaded the software (in my last post), so this is the most recent scripts I have. A quick way to fix this problem is by copying all files from forum_images to forum root directory. Then everything shows as it should.
