    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forums.webwiz.net/member_profile.asp?PF=23579">Almafeta</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 19351<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 17&nbsp;April&nbsp;2006 at 3:09am<br /><br /><DIV>I recently installed WebWiz Forums to my website (which is hosted by GoDaddy, if that's relevant), and followed the directions setup as carefully as I could.&nbsp; When I ran msSQL_server_setup.asp, it returned "<FONT size=2>Error Connecting to database on SQL Server."</FONT></DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV><FONT size=2>Helpfully, the error listed places where the mistake might lie.&nbsp; However, the problem lies in none of the listed possible errors (User Name, Password, SQL Server name, database name, database_connection.asp); all have been quintuple-checked at this point.&nbsp; What's more unusual: when I investigate the database, all the tables and such seem to have been created!</FONT></DIV><DIV><FONT size=2></FONT>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV><FONT size=2>Can anyone identify what's the hangup here?</FONT></DIV>]]>
