Or, if you have a shared SQL Server, check with your host to run an actual backup at a certain time. You can't with Access.

Why not download the free version of SQL Server from Microsoft?

Hi guys
I will sound like a complete NOOB but
I want to migrate from 7.x to 8 and before I run the tool I gotta back up the Database.
I have a dedicated Win server with shared SQL server. I don't know how I can back up my data before I upgrade.
Can anyone help?
