User1 -&nbsp;"Dogs" and User2 - "Cats"</DIV><DIV>- User1 and User2 would like to count their subforums'&nbsp;users and would like to use some "rating" system</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>I think we may create Group1&nbsp;and Group2, assign permissions to "Dogs" and "Cats", but I need to</DIV><DIV>- give users ability&nbsp;make request for memberships in Group1/2</DIV><DIV>- show members' counts for Group1/2</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>May we do this with WebWiz?
