This is being fixed at the moment as you also get an error when moving the first or last post in a topic. When a post is moved by an admin, just an observation, but the last post on the forums does not update (i.e. i moved one from a different forum to a new forum and
a) the topic in the new forum didnt get the last post date updated
and b) the forums front screen (which lists each forum) hasnt updated either.
 
Neithers life threatening, but merely an observation as I say
