It seems that RSS has difficulty working for non English character sets, I have been spending allot of time looking into this, but it seems support on RSS for non English characters is a bit hit and miss at the moment.

You could try editing the files beginning with RSS_ and try changing the page encoding and see if that sorts out the problem.
