I wonder if anyone can help please ?

I have put some extra content into my Forum by amending the Navigation_buttons.asp file. All I have is 2 buttons and a dropdown links box.




Because I have changed the Nav_buttons file, I get the buttons and dropdown box on every page, which is a bit of overkill and may be slowing my pages down.
What I need to know please is if there is a different file I can change, so I only get my extra content on my default.asp page and my main forum page ?
