The only way I can think to do this is to mod the forum.

The forum stores the last time the user was active on the forum in tblAuthor -> Last_active column in the database.

I would use this, if the users last active date was before you set the forum live, then have them re-directed to some page with forum rules that they need to accept.

I have moved over from megaBB and with implementing WWF I need all the users to accept new terms and conditions before they start to use the new forums.

How I am migrating over is:
I have one site with the old megaBB forums

I have a new site with the new WWF forums

I have migrated the users details over to the new site

I am in the process of migrating all the posts over to the new site

I will be going live with the new site in a couple of days and when this happens I need all the users on the first time they log in on the new site to accept new terms and conditions of use.

Any suggestions on the best and most easy way of doing this?
