This should not be happening try reuploading the files again.

The active users page uses IP addresses to track users so is not 100% accurate. For a more accurate view you should use your sites log files.

When I'm logged in as a general user and click on the ACTIVE USERS link in the statistics (active_users.asp), the screen displays information as I expect to see it.
 
If I log out and log back in as Administrator, then everyone shows up as "Guest" or "Anonymous".  
 
Is this happening to anyone else?   
 
Also, the "active time" doesn't change when I log out and sign in as a different user on the same machine -- meaning that I can be logged in as Admin for 60 minutes, then log in as a general user and see that it's displaying the general user as being active for 61 minutes.   Is this because the ActiveUsersArray only updates based on IP address instead of via something like IP Address + Author_ID?
