This is not a bug in the forum software.

The error in both cases means that the SMTP server can not be connected to.

Check your SMTP server details are correct.

The SMTP server admin should be able to give you more details, including if SMTP authentication is required to connect to the SMTP server.

Hi I have problem using the email feature of the forum.
I'm running Win 2003 Server, I've tried CDOSYS and Jmail with several smtp accounts on different servers and I get the same error message.

Error for CDOSYS:
CDO.Message.1
The transport failed to connect to the server.

Error for Jmail:
jmail.Message
The message was undeliverable. All servers failed to receive the message

I saw that many people have similar problems in the forum. Is this a bug or there is a fix for this problem? Please help, thanks in advance.
