I get this error where the site is hosted. This is a permissions problem.

The system the SMTP is installed on doesn't have permission to write to the SMTP servers queue directory.

If you are using IIS's SMTP server you need to grant full permissions to everyone on the 'C:\Inetpub\mailroot' directory

What does this mean and how can i fix it
