If you look in the mods forum I believe there is already a post to do this.

But as it would bloat your database out with loads of PM's that are identical, thus effecting performance, I would suggest that you use just post an Announcement to all forums instead.

Is there an existing feature for an administrator to private message every registered board user?

I was thinking about adding something like this to the forums but wanted to make sure it didn't already exist.
