I have just been in touch with our ISP and they are looking in to it. The odd thing is that if you click on the event from the calendar it works OK.

As we are a school we are using Synetrix which is part of the LGFL. I would have thought that there system would be up to date.

Version 7 didn't use Regular Expressions, but for performance reasons version 8 does.

As Regular Expressions have been part of the OS since Win 2000, it seems very unlikely that people would still be using unpatched NT 4 servers. So it seemed a pretty safe bet using Regular Expression now that NT 4 was over 11 years old and not even support by Microsoft anymore, would be fine.

It could be that your web host for whatever strange reason has disabled Regular Expressions, if you are on an old NT 4 server, I would certainly look for a new host as NT 4 sucked as a web server as it always crashed.

I had a look at your forum and the line giving the error uses VB Script's Regular Expressions libary.

These came in back about 7 or 8 years ago with VB Script 5.5 and where installed with the OS from Windows 2000 onwards.

The fact that you get this error means that either you are using an old NT 4 server that seriously needs updating, or the server admin has disabled this library.

To install VB Script 5.5 with regular expressions on the server all you need to do is install IE 5+ on the web server.

I have just started using the new version of Webwiz forum. I have created a few forums etc. and posted a message to test it and I get the message:

"Library not registered"

Go to:http://www.sccs.camden.sch.uk/forum/default.asp

and click on Meal service.

Any ideas, help.
