This sounds like a server issue with the server holding the ASP session.

Do you have access to the server? If so I can give you some tips on what to look for.

If not, you need to change web wiz forums to use the database to store user sessions by enabling this in the file 'functions/functions_session_data.asp', just edit the file in notepad and follow the comments in this file to enable this feature.
