Both parts use the exact same function and settings so there would be no logical reason why you can use one but not the other.

It could also be a corrupted file so try re-uploading the original files again.

i only send email through email_messenger.asp failure.

but send through admin_member_mailier.asp ,it success.

why??

If you have a look on the JMail site for this error thrown up by JMail you will find it is an issue with the SMTP server.

The error means that the SMTP server specified is down or not working.

When i send mail to my forum user through email_messenger.asp page,

I get the following error too as others user post in support forums here :

服务器处理论坛程序发生错误
An error has occured while sending an email.
请联络论坛管理员。

错误代码为: err_Access_send_mail_footer
文件名称为:- functions_send_mail.asp

错误情况:
jmail.Message
The message was undeliverable. All servers failed to receive the message

but i send email through admin_member_mailier.asp page,it success!

i used the JMail 4+ .andi use a correct user and correct password in the smtp server.

i can not know where the error is.
