First make sure you don't have a corrupted file by reuploading the files again.

If you still have problems, then the problem is that either you are using load balanced web server, a web farm, or the server has problems with it's IIS application pool which your web host needs to look into.

Any of the above will prevent the forum from using the web servers memory to store session data which is why you get the problem.

If you can not get the problem fixed with the server then you need to edit the file functions/functions_session_data.asp, in notepad, and follow the instructions within that file to enabled it for the session data to be stored in the forums database instead of the web servers memory.

ERROR
 
I tried the password you gave me but still having trouble.

Still getting that error message

"Error More than 3 failed login attempts have been made on this account.
Please enter your details again, including security code. "

I enter the security code then get this error again

"The Security Code entered did not match that displayed.
A new Security Code has been generated."
