It should be in your hosting control panel*. If you have the right plan, you can create the SQL server and once created, you will have a link that will show you your connection strings and full URL of the server.
 
I recently set one up there no problem.
 
* To get to your host control panel, login to GoDaddy and then go to your account. In the links on the right column is a link that will log you right into your hosting control panel.
