I was thinking of that too... I was also thinking that hiding the full form in a css div might be the way to go. I did experiment with one during the beta precess for version 8 but it got pulled due to complications.

You can always click any of the reply buttons on the page to get the full reply form up.

Just thought this would be a nice feature...
that a button be placed at the bottom of the forum near the Quick Reply box to enable members to switch to a full reply RTE.
