Don't think you need to start from scratch again!

Since you're not able to get the enterprise version, couldn't you ask one of the guys in here which have enterprise version to upsize/convert it for you?

I mean, downloading the access db is no problem, so you only have to hand it out then to someone whom you TRUST and then let them run it through the DTS tool for you.

Or am I mistaken somewhere?? =)

Thats scary. So now Enterprise Manager is apparently not available people will not be able to upgrade from Access to SQL? Confused
 
Do you know where its possible to download legally, or purchase Enterprise Manager?

When you say DTS tools, do you mean something like DTS Soft?
 
As mentioned in my previous post, I can't follow those instructions as I am unable to get hold of a copy of Enterprise Manager, I don't believe that it's currently available.

Does anybody know how to convert an Access database, in this case a V8.4 WWF Access database into an "mdf" file using software currently available on the internet or with Access 2003?
 
I am trying to convert my forum which currently has 15,000 members (so can't start again) from Access to SQL for performance, secruity and corruption avoidance reasons and Borg mentioned that if you had a mdf file it should be possible to attach this to an SQL database.
