    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forums.webwiz.net/member_profile.asp?PF=1">WebWiz-Bruce</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 21654<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 19&nbsp;October&nbsp;2006 at 5:24pm<br /><br />Try Newsgator, it runs in the system bar next to the clock and only pops up when you have some new data in the RSS Feed.<br><br>You can tell it how often to check on your forum, then whenever you get a new post, it will pop-up an alert for you, you can the read the post in it and choose if you want to go to the site to reply to it.<br>]]>
