It looks like there is a problem with your database connection settings in the database/database_connection.asp file

Go back into the file and make sure that your settings are correct.

Hello All

Newbie here!

just installed the forum and done the setup without any problems! Tables all in SQL server appear fine.

Go to load the forum and get the following error:

Server Error in Forum Application
An error has occured while connecting to the database.
Please contact the forum administrator.

Support Error Code:- err_SQLServer_db_connection
File Name:- common.asp

Error details:-
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server
Invalid connection string attribute

anyone care to shed some light on this issue?

its running on standalone server windows 2k3, SQL server 2000.

Help???
