This could be a corrupted file, so first try reuploading the original files again.

If that fails to fix the problem, try using Firefox instead as it has a javascript console which gives more accurate javascript error messages so that we can workout what the problem is.

It's time for another stupid  question.  I can not get the hyperlink tool to work.  I've tried it in Firefox and IE, no luck.
