For security reasons only images with safe extensions (gif, png, jpg, etc) are allowed through the filter system.

If .com was allowed or other none image extensions it could easily be used for things like XSS hacking.

Image above has URL http://mystatus.skype.com/bigclassic/maddog986, but the forum is filtering out the .com from the URL. I am guessing its removing the .com because there is no image extension.. is this by design or a bug?
