Upload a fresh unedited copy (no mods) of the forum and reset your IIS application pool and website.

Reupload the files, you might have a corrupt file.
 
Also please give more than a few hours before you post something like "anybody please"... someone is not here 24/7.

Oke, I solved the connection problems with de mysql database, but now i'm getting this error:
