ive added conquer chat, but added lots of advanced features

like

• clear board,
• font/text config (folor, size face)
• admins hide without being seen in 100% hidden (but interact aswell)
  
• forum emoticons used within
• push links
• disable auto refresh
• kick user
• warn user
• open/close chat room
• main forum PM notification (link show) when you get a pm from main forum
• admins see all wispers
• Automatic login to chat room using forum username

these are features i have added to V4 of the existing chat room
