Try to redownload the forums and unzip to a new folder. Hi
I have tried twice to install the forums.
I receive a success message for MS SQL 200 server database set up and the tables are all there.
When browsing over http to the fourm I receive the message
 
Server Error in Forum Application
An error initialising Global Variables from database.
Please contact the forum administrator.

Support Error Code:- err_SQLServer_getForumConfigurationData()_get_global_variables
File Name:- global_variables_inc.asp

Error details:-
ADODB.Recordset
Operation is not allowed when the object is closed.
 
This has been on two different web servers: OS Win 2003, IIS 6.
Mnay thanks for any advice
 
Additionally - when reloading the page in the browser I receive:
 

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e37'

Invalid object name 'tblDateTimeFormat'.
