I did an import on very large scale with passwords logged in the manner you describe. With the encryption and the salt added to that it wasn't a feasible option to try and convert passwords, instead I had members utilize the request new password  feature already included with WWF.

I have user data from a previous Forum in a spreadsheet (Excel, CSV, etc.) and would like to upload these users into my new WebWiz Forum.

Through my host, can access my msSQL database and use the "Import CSV" tool. My problem is that the passwords I have are in normal text format, but I noticed that the WebWiz Forums table has the passwords encripted. Any thoughts on this? Any way I can import these?
