Not that this helps at all but I'm having the exact same problem - deffo think there is a bug somewhere.

I've only just started to trial this software and I think it may suit our needs.
 
I'm having a few difficulties with integrated windows authentication. I've turned it on and everything works well , accounts are created on the fly and auto logged in .. great.
 
Except when I try to use the admin functions .. I go to admin.asp and login as the admin however everytime I go to edit a user the new window opens logged in as my non admin username - which doesn't have rights to change the users profile ??
 
The I tried adding my windows user account to the admin group and now when I go to the admin page the username is auto populated with my windows username and the password is blank.. using my windows password doesn't work ?
 
If the forums were to go live I wouldn't want to change out of windows authentication mode to get into admin every time ? help!
