3 out of 280 users of the WebWiz forum that I am hosting has reported that when they attempt to login using Internet Explorer they receive this error message 100% of the time:

Error: Un-Successful Login

Your login was un-successful due to a session tracking error. Please ensure that cookies are enabled on your web browser and you are not hiding or masking your IP address. Click here to retry logging into the Forum.

 

The users have played with their privacy setting, I had them set it to accept all cookies, I also had them delete temporary internet files, and cookies with no luck.

One user went as far as installing Mozilla Firefox and was able to login, but this is a mere work-around versus a fix.

 

I am running version 8.04 on the web server with SQL database for the back end.

 

Please help.
