In the present version it only shows new posts since last visit.

However, we are testing presently on this site a new more accurate system that not only changes when you read a post, but if you hover the mouse over the icon it will show you how many unread posts you have in each forum or topic.

After I read all the topics and threads in a forum the New Posts icon will still appear beside the forum name. Is there anyway to solve this problem?
