I want to change group colours i've tried this already

but i get this text to the right of the member group in a profiles page
 
Admin Group %3cfont%20color=Admin Group" align="absmiddle">
 
 
Also i would like the user names of active users to appear the same colour as the member group they are in.
 
e.g.
 
Active users: cathal, dara, kierin
