Your forum maybe running again by deleting the lines but it's not really the solution and you will come across other issues as a result. The problem looks like your forum is not setup correctly from the admin area.

You need to go to the forum configuration page in the admin area and enter in the path to your forum, eg. http://myforum.com/

    'If someone has placed the default.asp in the path to the forum then remove it as it's not needed
