Those versions have not been available for sometime and licesne keys are not available for them.

You should certainly not be running any version 7.x as there are allot of issues with it and security wasn't as tight 5 years ago as it is now, so could easily be hacked and a number of hacking sites actually have found and published ways to use version 7.x to deface entire sites, which is a favourite pastime of school kids in the holidays.

to use a 8.0   or a 7.5 forum and what would that cost?
