in functions_login.asp  there is a code for succesful login, stores userid to session variable..
but I couldn't get/use the session variable "UID".. where I'm wrong ?

which session variable or session cookie holds/indicates login information or user Id etc ?

I want to write a small application which works for logged(online) users..
