It is too big not too small. All the fields are the same size except the number of posts which is bigger and looks out of place.

It's bene done like that by design. On the Forum Members list (members.asp) the CSS attribute used by the POSTS column is different to that used by the other columns causing that column to look odd.
 
I use a small font for the columns and the posts column is noticably bigger. The same applies on this forum although the difference is less defined.
