May advise would be to lock your old Access version and use it as an archive forum and start again with a new forum, using the import tools in version 9 to import your users from your Access database.

If you want to try and continue on with the mySQL migrated forum have a look and make sure that the default values have been created in the database. Also, for things like Access true/false fields, mySQL dose not have a corresponding data type so you need to use a TinyInt instead.
