I do have a license already, and it has been fully registered.  I don't have any advertisements or anything.  

Is it possible that the registration was messed up in some way?  My original license was 8.x, but I did upgrade it properly on the site.

Hey, all,

I'm having an issue with private messages on 9.0.5.  Administrators can send them, but everybody else gets an error indicating they are only allowed -1 messages an hour.

I've attempted to change the number of allowed messages per hour, but it never changes from 1.
