You are running an older version, in the later versions it is in the includes/setup_options_inc.asp.

For improved support of character sets like the one you are using you should upgrade to the latest version.

I gotta it! The issue can be fixed in file "includes/browser_page_encoding_inc.asp" changing to another character set listed here. On the site they are not displayed as ASCII code. This is down to the page encoding for your forum.

By default it is set to UTF-8 which supports the above characters, if you edit the file includes/setup_options_inc.asp yo can change the encoding, but this will only effect new submissions.
