    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forums.webwiz.net/member_profile.asp?PF=27121">diveboard</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 24669<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 20&nbsp;October&nbsp;2007 at 12:04am<br /><br />When I try to log into the access database version of the forum I now get this error<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV><strong>Server Error in Forum Application<BR></strong>An error has occured while writing to the database.<BR>Please contact the forum administrator.<BR><BR><strong>Support Error Code:-</strong> err_Access_loginUser()_update_USR_Code<BR><strong>File Name:-</strong> functions_login.asp<BR><BR><strong>Error details:-</strong><BR>Microsoft JET Database Engine<BR>Cannot update. Database or object is read-only.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Does anybody know what might be causing this?</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>I just had to re-image my server. I use Macromedia dreamweaver and dowloaded all the forum files and directories to the local folder on my laptop first through dreamweavers put/get thing. I put the files back in the same directories and I can now see the forum and click on forums, but when I click on the post to read it or try to log in I get the error above.</DIV>]]>
