I help setup a forum that has some stiff rules about posting topics/messages.  If you post a comment that is considered bashing in anyway your post will be deleted and your account will be put on a 7 day supendtion.  If you do it a second time then you get 14 days supendtion.  the 3rd time your account will be deleted and your ip banned.

I suggest that there should be a supendtion option where we can choose the number of days and the number of warnings a user has.  once the number of days is up then they user can post again with out the admin unlocking it. (remove the supendtion)
