If this is an intermittent problem, it suggest an issue with either the SQL Server being down or a network connection issue between the web server and the SQL Server.

You should contact web hosting provider.

it only happens sometimes.

Database_connection.asp is with default values, except for the MSSQL server details. (IP, server username, server password, database name).
