    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forums.webwiz.net/member_profile.asp?PF=1">WebWiz-Bruce</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 25172<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 18&nbsp;January&nbsp;2008 at 9:21am<br /><br />If you look around there are tools that can move an Access database to mySQL, however, because mySQL is very different to Access it is not often easy to do and you are not guaranteed you will get a stable database at the end.<br><br>Instead you should either upsize the database to SQL Server using the upsize tool in Access, or if you have only just started your forum and want to use mySQL you should start again with a clean install.<br>]]>
