It sounds like your SQL Server installation is case sensitive.

I have only ever heard of a case sensitive SQL Server installation once before in the 8+ years of doing support for Web Wiz Forums.

If your SQL Server is case sensitive you should remove this to prevent any other issues.

Right after I posted I found the advice about turning off the friendly error messages. I am getting invalid column name "UserName". The column in the database was created as "Username".

Am I going to be running into this alot? Now I need to see if it is used elsewhere and which one is correct.

I downloaded the program today and installed it. Process was not difficult. I am using a SQL 2005 database. I have run across 2 problems but solved 1 of them.

1) Running the msSQL_server_setup produced an error. Field [A_code] is created in the Configuration table but then when the default values line is run it references [A_Code] and fails. Changed the 2nd string to [A_code] and reran.
 
I did get default groups created twice and had to remove the extras but forum came up OK and I began to create my categories, etc.
 
2) Trying to change admin username and password returns an HTTP 500 error. I tried searching the forums here for an answer but did not see anything. PLEASE HELP.
